Characters: It is shiny red debris or dark red powder. Its decomposition temperature is 250 °C. It is alkali-soluble, and slightly soluble in hot water, but almost insoluble in cold water or diluted acid.

Use: It is red food pigment, which can be used for tomato sauce, wine, strawberry sauce, beverages, sausage, pastries, and so on.
